I am happy to provide any specs of my computer that is needed. Thank you for taking the time to look at this question. I got the error code 2000-0221, and I tried to update the BIOS from 1.0.3 to 1.0.5, but I could not get any instructions online to work. The last thing I did was to run the pre-boot system assessment. When I tried the same thing again, it got stuck on “completing installation”, and I quit after the third hour. I made sure I unplugged all things other than the ethernet, keyboard, mouse, and monitor. When I booted from the hard drive, Windows tried to start up but would just keep loading forever. There, it got stuck for hours and eventually went to a blank screen with a cursor. I unplugged the other hard drive and tried installing with the operating system disc on a blank hard drive, and everything was very quick until the “completing installation” step. Recently, I thought I might run Vista on it just for fun, so I picked up a reinstall disc of Home Premium 32-bit (the computer came with Home Premium 64-bit). I got a Windows 10 Home full license for it and have been using it for a few years. Hello, I have a Dell XPS 730x I bought a few years ago with no hard drive or any software discs, just the computer.
